At the Village Winery we are seasonally able to offer one-of-a-kind wine Limited Editions. These very special, high quality choices are very limited in number and generally arrive in the December – April period. Please call or email to reserve any of the Limited Editions.


The prices listed are for the kits or ingredients only. To make wine on site, our regular fee of $55 is charged. There is no additional charge for labels, caps or corks. Each batch makes the equivalent of 30 – 750 ml bottles. The dessert ports make 30 – 375 ml bottles.

Passport SYRAH (Languedoc, France)... $125


This Syrah is sourced from Languedoc on the Mediterranean coast of France, which averages 300 days of sunshine per year and temperatures regularly above 30°C. This classic red has Syrah’s signature peppery bouquet, with raspberry and earthy notes. Flavours of blackberry and black cherry are accented with spicy black pepper, oak and hints of licorice. The finish becomes soft and smooth with age. – SOLD OUT



Passport RIESLING (Clare Valley, Australia)… $122


Clare Valley is located in the Mount Lofty Ranges where most of the region’s vineyards are planted at elevations between 400-500m, creating a more moderate climate. The Riesling has prominent citrus aromas with underlying floral notes making a fresh and vibrant aroma. Juicy lemon-lime flavours fill the palate, accentuated by orange blossom and mineral tones with a crisp finish. It may be made dry or sweetened to taste. – SOLD OUT



Passport NERO D’AVOLA (Sicily, Italy)… $125


The combination of hot dry summers and rich fertile soil make Sicily ideal for grape growing. Nero D’Avola has long been a prized varietal in Sicily and in the last decade has been gaining favour in the rest of the world as a serious red. Nero D’Avola offers aromas of ripe black fruit with notes of vanilla and smoke, with abundant flavours of ripe black cherry and plum, velvety tannins and a long finish. – SOLD OUT



Passport CABERNET SAUVIGNON ROSE (Sacramento County, California)… $125


Sacramento County lies in the middle of the Central Valley and is grace with a hot Mediterranean Climate. The Cabernet Sauvignon Rose has fresh strawberry on the nose, with watermelon and cranberry accents. This crisp, fragrant rose carries juicy strawberry flavours and tart red fruit notes on the palate. Balanced and refreshing, the Cabernet Sauvignon Rose has crisp acidity and a subtle minerality. – Available Now


Passport KOOKABURRA RED (Murray River, Australia)… $137


The hot, dry, continental climate of the Riverland Region of Australia along the Murray River provides the source for this big blend. Fermented on crushed grapes, the Kookaburra Red is a charismatic blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Matao. Matao brings savoury, earthy notes, spicy elements and texture. Grenache contributes ripe, jammy flavours and hints of cinnamon while Shiraz adds a punch of blackberry and plum flavours with elements of black pepper. This is a big red and is capable of aging to a high quality. – SOLD OUT



Cru Select L’Age de L’Elegance CABERNET SAUVIGNON (La Gironde, France)… $143


La Gironde in the Bordeaux region of France is the source of this Cabernet Sauvignon, Bordeaux’s greatest export. This red classic is complex and concentrated with spice notes and red fruit and vanilla on the nose. Flavours of red currant dominate this rich full-bodied wine. Fermented on with dried Cabernet Sauvignon grape skins with the specialized Bourgovin RC 212 yeast, the structured tannins from this wine will provide a long finish. – SOLD OUT


Cru Select L’Age de la Grace CHARDONNAY (Saone-et-Loire, France)

La Saone-et-Loire is in the heart of Burgundy, the source of all great French Chardonnays. Named after the village of Chardonnay, this classic is densely textured with a steady minerality and creamy mouthfeel. This is an unoaked Chardonnay with notes of citrus, honey and melon on the palate, finishing with Chardonnay’s typical green apples. This Chardonnay is fermented with varietal enhancing yeast ICV D47 – SOLD OUT



Cru Select L’Age du Luxe Merlot (La Gironde, France)

Named after the French bird Merlau, the other great Bordeaux red is known for being luxuriously ripe and soft. This Merlot is ruby red in colour with aromas of juicy blueberries on the nose. Deeper flavours of ripe cherries and a touch of spice with soft tannins will linger on the finish of this classic. This wine is fermented on dried Merlot skins and features the Bourgovin RC 212 yeast. – SOLD OUT



Cru Select L’Age de La Vaillance SAUVIGNON BLANC (Val de Loire, France)


Named from the French word sauvage, meaning wild, this varietal once grew wild in France. Refreshingly crisp and dry, Sauvignon Blanc is pale lemon in colour with pronounced aromas of grapefruit, grass and gooseberries. This classic wine is dry yet invigorating, with flavours of citrus and grassy notes on the palate and is fermented with varietal enhancing yeast ICV D47. - SOLD OUT
